Omega-3 research: Cancer & supportive care

Explore what omega-3 studies tell us about cancer & supportive care. Start with a specific outcome: findings for one condition do not automatically apply to another.

These summaries distinguish evidence confidence from benefit. Some questions remain unscored while full appraisal is pending.

Do omega-3 supplements prevent cancer?
